7 months!! How are you all? Good to be back here again :) I just wanna share i just took a chest xray and all the conditions are normal. But i still have this shortness of breath and coughing so i wanna ask u guys what other medical tests should i take?

Ask your doctor for a spirometry test. they will advise you if you need an inhaler to help with the airways.

Drink plenty of water and try the breathing exercises in the pinned posts.

Wishing you the best. Get plenty of rest, healthy foods and lots of fluid. Preferably water and some citrus. Goldenseal is good for slowing and reversing infection. I'm on month 7 in a few days and now the tightness is starting. Something stops and then something starts!🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️. I'm getting a bit wore out of all this, never had these issues before quitting...but I'm happy to be smoke free...You'll be ok and back up and at it!!!
