I'm sooooo glad your swimming and cycling now, cos I know for a fact, exercising helped me its hard to start with, but once you get into a routine, it just gets easier and easier and you start to feel the benefits

Hearing you on the exercise, I know it gets talked about a lot and begrudging jokes if your attitude is off but I'm feelin' the endorphine hit from it & it sure beats the tobacco version..Which was a big fat illusion anyways!! NOPE
