felt pretty rough yesterday, my breathing was very bad. and I felt tired , today sunday I feel better, why is is im now getting good days and bad days when before 7days a week were bad days. my body aches have now eased a lot been less of a pain for 4 days.

Hi leicesterman, it’s still very early days for you and it’s very normal to have good days and bad days. I don’t want to put you off but you need to remember that years of smoking will take time to erase usually months than weeks.

thanks corrina125 ,I have taken your advice on board,im not loosing heart on this ,I know it will take time.i will never go back to smoking,after going through this for five weeks and may many more weeks of feeling rough.
