Hi it's awesome your feeling so great, you should be so proud of yourself!! 7 weeks is a great accomplishment. I also enjoyed my first smoke free Christmas. I'm totally amazed how many more things I did this year cause I had the time. I never realized how many hours i put into smoking. Keep up the good work In the New Year. Merry Christmas

It is so surprising how much time is wasted - I now use an hour a day to do something- could be gardening or just walking or cooking to use that time I would normally have wasted 🙌 we all got this under control x
