With work friends last night as CHRISTMAS quiz night and drinks tonight with good friends - all

Non smokers by the way - however tonight I have been outside with nic free vape twice but not used but sat with smokers - I AM DONE - NOPE - sniffling ok but I will never make the mistake I made going back on 9 years smoke free - so I will say I am super bloody proud of me tonight - I feel that I take vape for a walk because I should not don’t want it - don’t want a cig and have this and feel strangely calm and a non smoker thinking like a non smoker with nothing to think but rjink I should be thinking be of it but I am and will be done 😄😝 so TO ALL YOU QUITTERS - WE GOR THIS - HAPPY SMOKE FREE SATURDAY 😘😘 STAY STRONG AND REMEMBER N-O-P-E❤️
