4Today ain't been well. It's good to jump on here today and read some posts, connect.

The coldy/flu appears to be shifting, thankfully. Test will be tonight when I perform a few songs with a friend(it's a risk..mouth dries up etc..) But it's a healthy risk!!

Behind the cold is the on-going sinuses. Watering eyes, sore nostrils/blocked at times. Sore throat.

I'm steaming my face daily/sinus clear out. Want to start gargling too. I've found a non-chemical nasal spray. Sinuses drain, energy since Greece has lowered considerably. I've gone from expansive to insular. So strange, extreme swings and I can't help feel that behind it, is a body re-couperating from the harshest smoking relapse I've ever fell prey to.

So I'm here, smokefree and so relieved of it. There's tastes and spasms in feet, legs, heart...Who know's?? But I'm not putting kerosene on the fire no more!!

These toxins will eventually leave just like Elvis left the building! "A-HA!
