So it's been 6 weeks now and after 20 years and a week in the hospital I kicked the habit just like that, never thought I could of ever done it cold turkey but here I am 6 weeks later and feeling great, the only symptom I have at the moment is a sore throat

I've done the

So so moody towards hubby

Hot night sweat

Mouth ulsers

Tinny taste in mouth (still have this)

Things taste funny

But once you get through these your on your way to a much healthier life style and a new wardrobe xx

Good luck to all you quitters keep going xx

Great job Bev1234🙌... I was wondering why my mouth was sore and my throat. I thought I was coming down with a cold. And my gums were sore too. Makes sense since our mouths were beat up pretty bad for so long it has to go through the pain of healing! So proud of you and it's encouraging hearing everyone's stories! Keep up the great work! And remember NOPE!! 🙅

My mouth was sore and my teeth ached...... My physical withdrawal was brutal...... Just out of it and nauseous.......aching muscles and non stop headaches.... But.... I'm okay now... I just have to follow our NOPE NOT ONE PUFF. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep up the great work🌷

I just used corsadol mouth wash and still do, our mouths go through so much as the nicotine kills off all nerve endings and taste buds, I will be so glad to get to the 6-12 months mark as I know everything will of gone back to normal and the thought of nicotine entering my body again will be a big fat NO xx

Hi thanks for the support its much needed 😀 it's good to share my little quitters story as I know how hard it is to do it. And gives others hope 🚭

Since quitting I have saved myself £210 so far and looking forward to my new wardrobe full of clothes for the holiday I'm taking my children on as a present for me and the kids

Keep going and don't forget to reward yourself xxx

Be better when I'm not chewing sweets all the time to help me,

But a few pounds in weight are fine
