Yea that tightness will go eventually. Try some of the breathing exercises in the Pinned posts, they really open up your chest and teach you how to breathe again. Lots of walks and water. Well done so far 👍👍👍👍💪💪

Hi

Im at 26 days and i still from time to time get chest tightening and also in my throat. Ive noticed tho that my anxiety levels have increased slightly when i have a Craving which is causing the tightening. As time goes by the Cravings get less and so do the tightenings.... They say the first three days are tough... The next hurdle is three weeks.... Then three months... Thrice. After each one it gets easier. But everyone is different. Take it day by day and good luck... You got this
