Hey! It’s been quite awhile since I last posted but here I am all smoke free and ish! I honestly no longer count but the app gives me milestone reminders.

Aside from occasional wheezing, I often forget that nicotine was such a big part of my life. No cravings, I can smell people’s breath even when their mouth is closed🤢, food tastes amazing, I smell so much better and money saved is an added bonus.

Anxiety is still around but markedly different and less frequent than it was the first few months. I am 30 pounds lighter and feeling generally better.

Hope everyone is well and still kicking nicotine in the bum. 💜
