Hi every 1 hope you all ok , haven't been in for a few days been poorly with gastro problems , ( sickness ) but hospital sorted me out. Now on medication and slowly getting better thank god 👏 , i am now going into my 11 th week smoke free and so proud of my self , would like to thank you all for supporting me through it. You all helped me , we'll keep up good work all and have a fab smoke free day ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻💐💐💐💐💐💐

Sorry uv been poorly glad u getting better in time for Christmas. I was in hospital in October it's so boring and u could only watch free tele til 5 o'clock!
