I'm almost 11 months quit after 43 years. TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW YOU ARE QUITTING AND YOUR LAST SMOKE DATE. ANNOUNCE EVERY DAY THAT YOU DO NOT SMOKE. I HELD UP FINGERS FOR HOW MANY DAYS AT FIRST. ASK FOR SUPPORT. I STILL ANNOUNCE TO EVERYONE HOW FAR I HAVE COME!! WHO KNEW I COULD COME THIS FAR??
