Welcome Rajjar to Quit Support, thank you for joining us.

First of all 15 days is a brilliant start to your quit journey.

The symptoms you describe are very common in the first few weeks of quitting.

This link may help you re.- digestive problems. healthunlocked.com/quitsupp....

Also try to make sure you drink plenty of water and make sure you are getting enough fibre in your diet.

Hi Rajjar, Well done for your decision to quit👏 and of course for your 2 smoke free weeks.

Welcome to Quit Support.💙

It’s never easy to quit but it’s easier with a little support.💪

As jillygirl suggests, what you are experiencing are quite common withdrawal symptoms. When we smoke our bodies get used to being stimulated by the nicotine. It takes a while for us to be able to function without it. Try to be kind to your body and patient with yourself as you're having to handle lots of changes.

Please read the pinned posts,📌 there is lots of information there. You will find the posts to the right or at the bottom of your screen depending which device you are using.

May I suggest you drink plenty of water💧💦 to flush out the toxins and keep yourself hydrated.

If you feel you need any more help please don’t hesitate to ask. There is always someone here.

May I remind you not to post any personal information.

Good luck with your quit.🍀🚭xx

Hi Rajjar and welcome to Quit Support

Lots of good advice already so I’ll just say, well done on your quit and although it doesn’t feel like it now, you will feel the benefits.

Lots of fresh fruit and veg will help your digestive system🍇🍉🥝🍐🍎

Suffering exactly the same symptoms as you Rajjar. Having smoked heavily for 40 years I quit 9 days ago and feel pretty unwell most of the time. It’s good to read the advice on here as I now feel I’m not alone. Def share digestive issues, stomach cramps, headaches, lethargy, wooliness around my eyes. Having said that, I am still determined to continue as I know it’s the right thing to do. Good Luck and keep talking/posting.
