It's been statistically proved that if we can remain smoke free for 28 days we have a chuffing good chance of staying clean for ever.

Oh Tubby I remember my first Christmas after quitting. I thought to myself how lovely it was to be with the family and relax, and not keep thinking where and when can I go for a smoke. 👍xx
