Tubby has mentioned Stoptober in this mornings chat.

Stoptober, the 28-day stop smoking campaign from Public Health England, will be back in October 2019. Resources to help encourage smokers to quit will be made available to download and order. Stoptober has driven over 1 million quit attempts to date and is the biggest mass quit attempt in the country.
