Good Morning from this side of the pond. Wish you a sunshiny day. I'm at 4 days & 20 minutes cold turkey. The cough seems to have subsided but something new started popping up last night; I can hardly sit at my desktop and type as it seems my fingers/hands are having tremors. This morning it's taking a long time just to type here as my fingers & arms are like jumping beans. I have to go out today and drive 22 miles roundtrip & not looking forward to it due to what appears to be tremors. This tremor bit didn't happen last time I quit for 3 weeks. Any advice? Thanks!

Dear Perry, this one is a new one to me....maybe try to relax in a warm bath. Sounds like you could be tense. If you cant stop trembling, a quick trip to the clinic might be a good idea😊 keep us posted🌻
Hi PerryTorre, Well done on your 4th day going cold turkey. Hand and finger tremors can occur whenyou first stop smoking. It isnt one of the common symptoms , but it does happen. Every quit people have is very rarely the same as before. If you continue to have tremors in the next few days , have a word with your doctor or pharmacist for peace of mind. x
