honestly felt great but have just had my worse craving in which i honestly have never sweated so bad!!!! it was triggered by second smoke smell. When are the cravings going to go? it last for almost an hour

my longest one lasted 2 and half hours fella keep strong and you can do this you really can i am using NRT patches and a puffer thingy

Hi Stuart, your doing really well with your quit. However if you are really struggling perhaps some nrt gum or lozenges would help. They come in low dosage and may just take the edge of those cravings. :) xx

No i will just keep being miserable and tired lol i like the fact i have no nicotine in my system :-) just the cravings and sweats can be awful like today. hopefully tomorrow will be a better day. thanks again for your support :-)

Stuart , you need to get moving, do anything but get yourself distracted. They last a whole lot longer and appear stronger when you sit and dwell on it . Xx

Hi Stuart I'm 3 weeks cold turkey and I have had a craving last all day nearly sweats, seeing cigarettes in front of my eyes all sorts, all I can say is this week was easier than last week. Last week I nearly snatched a ciggy out of somebody's hand. Keep going through benefits will be bountiful. Xx
