Just got through my first set of night duties smoke free. Quiet joy and satisfaction. Today I also stepped down the strength of my nicotine in my e cigarette. So far so good.
I hope everyone out there is doing well. My love and best wishes to you all xx🐱🐱🐱🐱🐾🐾🐾🐾

Ah thanks sweet heart!!! I am too. This quit is different. Don't know why. Just feels right.... I was dreading night duty as the shifts are very busy and stressful. I work on a trauma unit. Fortunately the brain fog disappeared in time!!! I have also discovered Macca powder that I have been shoving in my smoothies. It's amazing!! So much energy.
Hmmmm, Macca powder, I aint heard of that one, just may have to try that
The one thing about being busy is that it keeps your mind occupied and as for your job beeing stressful, yes I can imagine !!! and this is why your one ACE of a Lady

Good morning 4cats☕️☕️☕️
Yes , you are blessed but your position at work is stressful even for the doctors.... Everyone is running around following orders etc trying to save lives and keep patients comfortable ..... But... You also just gave up smoking so you are going to feel everything more, especially in the first month!!!!
Mexico is nearing.... I have to lose at least 5 lbs... I gained 10 lbs since I quit but that's my own fault...eating sugary foods every time I had a craving for a cigarette....I'm just not into beach wear right now😳🕶👙☀️
THat is fantastic 4cats....night shift certainly throws your body out of whack and this is a great win for you 👍👍😀😀 I don't miss the shift work, done for 20 years...but understands it well.
You just keep on kicking them goals....loving your attitude, loving your committment💐💐👍👍🚭🚭🚭

You're gonna be the proud owner of a 2 weeks winners badge tomorrow as well, now that's a really great quit. Give yourself a BIG pat on the back coz you deserve it👍🏼💐😊
