One month tomorrow can't believe I have come this far taking one day at a time helps it is getting easier go periods of time where I don't think about it now so if I can do it anyone can trust me even had a drink sat night and it was ok thought I would really want a cig but didn't really think about it so keep going everyone just say NOPE

Oh bless you you can do this to I have used this every time just to read other people's stories and when I was bored and felt like I wanted to smoke it really helped keep going

Congtats🎉 I'm on day 6 today. I don't feel ready to have a drink yet. These 6 days have been extremely difficult so I don't want to jeopardize anything. One hour at a time for me. I cannot believe how addicted I am.........take care🌺
