4 weeks today

Morning everyone, hope everyone is well and doing great with their quit. I've reached the 4 week mark now and it feels great. I didn't even want a cigarette on Sunday to get me through the day as it was my mum's birthday. Maybe being in pain helped as I have broke my tail bone 😂😂 after having a wee drink on Saturday night and falling. I'm off the patches as well now and only using my qickmist spray.

I was carrying on with my 16 year old son and I have laminate flooring and as you do the shoes come off and he tried to bend my knees and the next I was on the floor but never felt it until Sunday 😂😂 xxxx
