i like this forum the best i used to go on why quit i like the man who does the videos but now i see its cold turkey site strictly

I don't know about any other sites but I personally believe that it's about finding out whats right for you! We're all different and have different experiences, I think there is no wrong way to quit just as long as you try!

I've been given loads of advice and non judgemental support here and that's what has made the difference in my quit.
