Starting Chantix again today in hopes in quitting AGAIN! I'm so anxious I can barely stand it. While quitting for 6 months I gained 80 pounds! Stressing on gaining more weight on top of the 215 I'm at now. Was 155 and to heavy now but I guess if I get out there and walk a little each day or when I want to smoke walk instead. All I can do is pray for the best outcome! I see how many ppl have quit so it is possible!! Thank you all for the wonderful support or advice in advance!!

Thank you so very much for the well wishes!! Ill need any support or advice given on here cause I'm freaking out trying to smoke as much as I can but already sick of it!! Praying it goes ok cause I had an impossible time last time I quit for 6 months!! Strong strong cravings the whole time. Everyday. A bit worried I won't be able to do it!

Good morning Lovedogs, Congratulations on one of your biggest steps taken! For me that was one of the more difficult steps to take. Once we decide to quit and we have taken that first step, we just need to remember why we quit, and keep pushing for that long term goal. I can relate on the weight gain, in my opinion, my weight issue is another battle all together. This community has pulled me through so many rough days during my journey. Today has marked 154 days smoke free and i owe them all to this wonderful group of people. You are in good hands here Lovedogs. I wish there was a community like this one for weight loss, but i have not found it yet. Keep looking forward and stay strong my friend!
