Good Morning and happy Sunday.....Well yesterday was hotter than hell and today will be the same. Went to a state park and walked about 3 miles got short of breath it was so hot....but I survived...today hitting the gym...hope you all enjoy your Sunday....another day bites the dust....NO SMOKE for 4 months, whoot whoot

thank you....yes it has been a long hard road but it is worth it....even with the cravings...it is what it is but it sure is nice not to smell like a nasty cig....barf...just takes a lot of will power...while your brain is like just one won't hurt...ugh yeah it will...no thanks!!! 11 weeks is awesome keep plugging along before you know it you will be right where I am at.
