What a cheery start to the day today Jilly, another one of your brilliant poems.
Just got back from my run. I decided to go into the country today - only about half a mile from me. It was really nice seeing the birds and horses and green fields. Just as I got back to my road it started drizzling so that was perfect timing. I've managed to do just over 3 miles (5k) each time I've run the last 4 times so I finally feel I'm getting somewhere with this running lark. I have to put 2 layers of plaster over my blisters and that seems to do the trick although they come back when I have a break. I think I've finally reached the point where I might be able to get some miles in my legs and progress a bit further.
Hope you all have a great, smokefree, relaxing Sunday.
A great poem again Jillygirl enjoy your supermarket dash
Andi, your one hell of a Woman gal going running, even when you have blisters on your feet, I take my hat off to you gal, that is, I would if I had one on eh
Sunny you stick with it eh, cos your doing just great
Well, the washing's just finishing so can't do the ironing yet. I'll pop over to auntie's in a bit then come home and do a bit of vegging for a change. I will need to cook something for dinner later though. How about you - shedding or greenhousing today?

Hey Jillygirl, you enjoyyyyyy it gal, cos you deserve it you've had some stick this last Year or so gaL, but you've got through it and without toooooo much moaning either may I add
I think Auntie's losing the plot a bit now - don't know if the anaesthetic affected her but she's repeating herself a lot more than she was before. Her memory seems to be going - quite a recent thing, can't seem to remember lots of names - even called my uncle "that man" today. A shame really, but she seems quite happy and hoping it'll get better.

My Mams 92 now erm or is it 93 she lost the plot last Year, and was diagnosed as having serious dementia, as she kept going back to the war days, she was telling everybody that I was in the Navy
Now they have sorted her medication out and she is a hell of a lot better

I hope you have been bathing your poor feet after your run this morning
They didn't hurt today. I think I've turned a bit of a corner there but it'll all go backwards again when I go away next time but I think I might just pack my trainers on my next trip.
