Quitting today

I quit back in September for 2 months then started up again. Starting again today.

Starting again because I just spend every waking moment terrified I have COPD or something. Every time I get a cold or nasal congestion I essentially spend all day in a panic. I just can’t take it anymore.

Smoked for 18 years. Took years off while babies and nursing. But went back to it every time.

Congratulations to you for your quitting.

I was also fed with those thoughts of having cancer / lung issues .

Keep yourself strong ; mentally prepared yourself what going to come and how you are going to cope.

This community is great way to seek help or share experiences.

Please see the pinned post . It will help you to understand a lot about how to deal with problems during quitting .

You will be victorious 👍👍
