If i take patch off to have 1 smoke should i put another on or should i wait please help

You can put the same patch back on afterwards without waiting. If you are doing this it sounds like you need more help. Are you using the white inhalator, gum, or lozenges as well as the patches? If not try them. You can get all these on prescription too.

I am on patches and when I get a craving I use my inhalator which works wonders. It might help you as well. Meanwhile stay with us as we will support and help you all the way. We believe you are strong enough to do this. xx

Hi no just using the patch i just had tooth pulled out 2 days ago an dentist said no gum till it heals i pulled patch off last night an tonight just to have one smoke just dont want to over doce on nicotine

Try the inhalator then. It gives you nicotine and also gives you something to do with your hands. x
