Hey John, welcome and also a big well done on having got your first week under your belt, if it's quiet tonight we've all popped over to monkeys for our new badge party( in the virtual world), so if it's quiet tonight that's where it's all happening,, and the answer is yes we have all gone a little bit mad hahaha, x

Hi John, sorry I nearly missed you! A massive welcome to the site and ginormous congratulations on achieving your first week stop - wow that is brilliant so well done you!
Distractions and changes in routine are a fantastic tip because they reduce the triggers and cravings at your normal smoking times - so thinking of something different to do, or slight changes in your routines really does help
Don't hesitate to come online if you finding it tough or just want to ask something, or just want a chat! Everyone here is in exactly the same boat and really do understand what you are going through in the way that the non smokers in your life don't understand
And welcome to week 2 of your stop!!!!! :0
Hi John and welcome, well done for getting the 1st week out the way x
Hi John. Welcome - to the friendliest quit site in the World.
Well done. A week with no analogues is extrmely impressive.
I too am using Ecigs (V2cigs) and I have to be honest, I did initially feel a fraud if I stated that I'd quit smoking, as I'd just replaced one method for another.
Now? Nearly 4 weeks on them and feeling proud. No matter if I'm on these this time next year. .. it's still so much better than the sticks!
Keep on being strong. You can DO this!
Hi all thank you for your kind messages & support x
