No smoking with alcohol

Well I've spent the afternoon catching up with a friend at the pub and survived with just my vape. I usually just have gum but too difficult when drinking.

I'm really proud of myself and wasn't as bad as I thought but I did make sure I didn't have as much alcohol as it was the first time down the pub being smoke free.

Hope you all are enjoying a smoke free weekend. 4 weeks smoke free for me on Tuesday 🎉🎉🎉

Great way to celebrate your 4 weeks. Well done. It gets faster as it goes along doesn't it?

Vape definitely helps in such situation, I quit cold turkey, but carry an emergency vape pen with me for such situations.
