If you get a craving for a cigarette, take a step back, take a few deep breaths, then come on here to read others members posts to inspire you to carry on with your smoke🚭free journey.

Please always remember to lock your posts when you have finished them, it keeps our members and our community safe from trolls and scammers.

We are all here to encourage and support each other on our respective journeys to become smoke🚭free, and we dont judge members, because we have all been on that same journey.

As for your strange question, after you have finished writing your post and before you press POST there are 2 options above, '' for everybody '' orrrrrrr '' for members of this community only'' please select the latter, cos this will help to keep the - trolls, spammers, etc from our community and keep you safe
