Hello everyone and welcome to our Weekend Chat 💬 🙋‍♀️

It’s a funny weekend sandwiched in between Christmas and New Year. I hope you all had a lovely Christmas and managed to make it through smoke free. If you did, well done and if you didn’t, then let’s try again. We can look forward with positivity and put the past behind us. We have to focus and keep going towards a smoke free future. So it’s onwards and upwards to a fresh New Year with new possibilities for us all.

We are here to help and encourage you to keep your quits going strong. We never judge and if anyone has a blip along the way, we can help pick you up and get you back on track. There is no shame here. Quitting isn’t easy as it involves a lot of changes in our lives and this community only wants the best for each and everyone of you.

I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without the support of this wonderful community. We celebrate one another’s achievements and are also there for one another through the difficult times as well. We are your quit support family. So please stay connected as it really can make a big difference.

morning everyone 😊 I agree I’ve met some wonderful people on quit smoking I love my daily check in with everyone 🥰we’re all here to help each other on good days and bad I hope everyone is doing ok 👌 not long until a new year is upon us I’m hoping for better health and a happier new year this time for everyone old and new to this forum .Take care and enjoy your day remember you’ve got this 💪😊💕xxx

that’s my lil man ragnor 💕 he loved cheese 😂🤣we had to have him put to sleep a few months ago as he had seizures for over a year and it went to his brain he was the softest and most loving dog he looked the part 💪 but was the softest thing we had him for 6 years and he never barked once ( not like our little dog Rollo 😂) it broke my heart when he went but we have is ashes close by with is favourite treat on top 🥰How I do miss him 💕 I no people say it but he really was my best friend 😊xxxx

I know it just breaks our heart to lose your best friend but you hold on tight to all the happy memories and all the love you gave one another and he’ll never be forgotten coz he’s in your heart forever ❤️xx

He also liked to sit on my knee 🤣😂 it used to make everyone laugh as I’m just 5 foot and he was quite a big dog and my family would say we looked like the elf film but a dog sitting on my knee 😂🤣😂xxxx

Awww 😢 so sorry for your loss Yvonne, they are pals, best companions, always there, never judge us, maybe soppy guilt trip eyes 👀 when we leave without them! 😩 but always so happy being with us. What a priceless gift 💝 🙏🏻🥰🤗

I have had 2 dogs in my life and both very special , A cairnnterrier whichnI grew up with and he was almost 14 years old when he passed away. My last one went 14 years he was a mongrel , but he was so faithful and guarded my children.
