Day 4 of being cigarette free - i have not done this in a long time. The urges havent been as bad but the sleeplessness has been a bit rough. its been really helpful seeing the experiences in this community and i wish all of you continued success on your journey!

Well done on getting to 4 days. You have crossed the first 72 hours of hell. Things should get easier now.

For me, it eased out around the 3-4 week mark. After which it was a breeze (minus a minor slip up).

All the best for your journey to better health. Have a great quit.
