Quit smoking

When i get off work always have a few beer and my cigs . 65 female. Quit cold turkey with both. Now feel like im fixing to kill over. Shortness of breath and the list is too long . Any ideas

I hear your pain, the withdrawals can be rotten. Shortness of breath is very common. If you have a look at the pinned posts section there is some great tips and advice from our members there 👍
