Woke really refreshed

β€’14 Replies

Good morning all... day 10 here and I am feeling pretty darn good...slept later than normal, but I have not had any cravings as of yet and really enjoy that fact... the moment I saw a photo of our near future puppy last evening, all thoughts of smoking went out the window... just look at this face... you would be happy too.

Awe what a lovely puppy. Yes even our pets suffer with passive smoking. So another reason to quit. :) xx

Its a he and his name will be Charlie in honor of a friend of ours who helped us out with Freddie the last year. After lunch now... still no cravings... loving that.

opps! forgot last question... Charlie just turned 4 weeks... we get to go visit him at 6 weeks... and he will come home just after 8 weeks once his last shots are given and all is ok with him. So I guess that will be sometime after 4th of July.

Aww....what a cute little puppy. . He/she will certainly help as a massive distraction and one you are going to love.. I have a 7 month old pup after losing both my otherdogs 6 weeks apart. They were 13 and 12 and my home just felt empty without a dogπŸ•πŸ•πŸ•

definitely know that feeling... we lost Freddie our old boy 1 week before he was 13 back in January... its been a long hard winter in our house... Charlie will be a big help to us both. Its been the first time in 38 years without a dog in my home.

Hi Shelba, he's a little beauty and you couldn't possibly smoke around that gorgeous little chap. X

Indeed, but never smoked around animals or any others that did not smoke... I wanted to quit before we got a puppy so I would have more energy and time with walking him now that I have 2 new knees.
