I have just received an email from H.U. regarding problems with edit to profiles etc.

Thanks for reaching out to us on behalf of the users experiencing this issue. We have reports of other users experiencing this issue, unfortunately it is not as easy to investigate as we’d like.
It appears it only affects some users, I have successfully been able to update my bio, therefore it may be related to a user’s internet browser or operating system.
It would be really helpful if the user’s who are experiencing this issue would be able to advise us of their device details such as; operating system and the internet browser they are using to view HU. If it’s easier for the users to provide the information on the post you shared then I will follow the details on that thread, or they can contact us via this form. This would enable us to look for any similarities between the users and how they are accessing HU.
Thanks once again for your help in this, we really appreciate it. I’m really sorry for the inconvenience it causes for user’s who want to update their bio’s.
