Weekends can be tricky with extra time on our hands but I reckon you'll manage just fine, keep busy and you can do it🚭🤞😊

Every time you get a craving do a little dance.... and think of the mad red head who farts and dances ....lol

The weekends are the hardest. It really helps me to stay away from alcohol. That seriously works on my willpower.
