Can anyone recommend the best e cigarette, I've currently got a vip cherry flavoured one, but cough alot with it and hurts my chest sometimes x

Hiya Sharon, when I used ecig it hurt my chest and made me cough, so perhaps your's is too strong and if you lower the nicotine content, it might help x

Yep that happened to me as well but it stopped after a while, what strength are you using at the moment x

On the packet it says USA 16mg and USA 25mg?? Strange, my daughter bought it for me and told the guy I was smoking 20 a day and he decided on strength x

Aup Sharon, 25mgs is weyyyyyyy to strong for you gal 25 mg is for a 40 a day smoker

16mgs is way strong enough for you gal, even 12mgs is best for you Sharon

Rite, your on the look a like fags e-cig ermmm, may I suggest you try the vapour ones cos there is a lot more flexibility with them as in the strength of the nicotine

A starter pack will cost you about £40.00 but will last you for ages

Oh dear, thank goodness you asked lol, that's why it's making me cough and choke, well better get that sorted straight away, he he, thank you again for your help! Having a nicotine overdose for a start lmao!! Well I've got my gum and my patches will just have to save up for my eciggie, from now on before i do anything I will check with u guys first, it is so nice even at 5 days to be free from popping to the shop to buy fags and scrambling around for money to keep me going, I have not been working for a year and financially been really tight, most days I would sacrifice my lunch and dinner for a packet of 10 fags, or count out my 2p jar and go to the coin master so I could get them, so desperate and degrading, I do not want to be that person anymore and I am the only one that can change that, but I need all your support cos that gremlin is still living in my brain and I no he will try and surface at different times, new job, non smoker, more money, healthier, it's a no brainer!!! Thank you again for being there!!! Xxx

Sharon, dont even think about a packet of 10 cos you dont need them, your body doesent need them so dont

Rite you've got patches, I dont know what sort you have butttttt, please start using them

Put one under your pillow tonight, in its packet then when you get up tomorrow morning and go in the bathroom for a wash, stick it on cos its very near to your body temp, it will start to work faster

As for your e-cig, just use it if you really need it and the 16mg ones eh The gum is also very good if your not eating or drinking just chew it for a bit to get rid of that urge, then sort of park it up to one side of your mouth until you get that urge again

Like you say, even after 5 days quit, you can tell the difference soooo, you flippin stick at it gal

If you are using the ones that you put the liquid in, and dont look like a ciggie, def drop your nic level, some different brands give of less vape too, i use socialites, and find them fine. x

I started on 24 strength these hurt my throat went down to 18. Have now bought 12 as well and mix the two together. I still cough on a night so am trying to cut down how much I use it. I am fine until I lie down and then I start coughing.
