100 days today!

100 days ago today I made the decision to quit. Ive certainly had my ups and downs on the journey and dare say that I will experience a few more going forward however today I am on top of the world. I never believed I would get this far and am sooooo happy!!

And so you should Soccanut!! 3 weeks is a HUGE achievement when you are fighting Mr Nic almost every day. The first few weeks/days are the worst so very well done to you!!!!!!

Very well done what great happiness stopping can bring and then you wonder why you ever started in the first place you feel like you have missed out on life been a smoker. More energy better healthier life more money you really do notice the good things in life keep it up
