Hello and welcome to our weekend chat πββοΈ
I hope youβre all doing well with your quits and I thought it would be a good idea to talk about our mindset when we quit smoking π‘
What does mindset even mean? Well mindset is a set of beliefs which are shaped or formed by your past experiences, which affect or determine the way you think and act. We have the ability to change how we think and act when we quit smoking. People generally donβt like change much as we have to make a conscious effort. So we have to work a bit harder to change our routines and how we react to different circumstances without lighting up.
Itβs certainly worth the effort to change. If we are prepared to adapt to change in our quit journey, then we are giving ourselves the best possible chance. It only takes a second to make a decision, so make the right decision and decide NOT to light upππͺ
Itβs International Womenβs Day today so whatever way you decide to celebrate, enjoy π₯³
Have a very happy weekend and NOPEπππ€π°π«π°π«π°xx
