I can not believe that today is my 30th day of not smoking.....I have come close to falling but close only counts in horse shoes.........30 days WOW

Congrats🎉👏......... My one month is tomorrow.... I was soooooo addicted to cigarettes ...... Never believed I could keep up the motivation to stay off cigs ........ The people on this website are just awesome!!!

My hubby still smokes as well dori 😩

But when I see him smoke I feel sorry for him don't need to smoke anymore. It's like I feel I've seen through the nicotine tricks but he can't . Does that make sense?? I hate the smell of stale smoke on him sometimes more than others and it doesn't make me want to light up. Have you read Allen Carr "easy way to stop smoking"?? It's worth a read you can download it free on 😃😃

I have made it one more day, to my surprise. Some days are really hard. Went to my doctor and he put me on meds as blood pressure is really really high.
