Would like to also add lavender essential oil, it can help you relax. I have seen info on this that it has regenerative properties, I use it on my back all the time when I have strained it, it helps there, remember essential oil are between 10-50 times as strong as the raw herb I mix mine with safflower oil, between 10-20 drops per ¼ cup.

  • Hi Tonitrus, a very interesting post :)

    I have used Eucalyptus oil and Lavender oil in one of those little burner things in my bedroom when I have had the ermmmm, man flu eh :o and they worked for me :) they gave me a good nights sleep to which we need eh :)

    Am not sure about the others but will look into them and thank you very much for adding the warnings to your post :) :)

  • i figured that the warning was something that needed, herbs can cause issues for some people can be sensitive to herb like i am to garlic and i want everyone to be safe :) and yes nope and i am staying strong and the cravings a coming less frequent which is good
