I want to thank you all for the blessing of support during this process, quitting smoking is hard but very doable when you set your mind to it and have a great support system in place like HealthUnlocked! I stumbled upon it when I was googling and it is the best thing that happened to me that day...You are all right my family is proud of me even when the tough times come you are all here for the quitters. I will share the group with other people who want to quit smoking. I love the information contained in the tips section. I have made it through yet another day and I feel great. Thanks to everyone!
