Sleeping at last

I quit last August and went on vapor threw them away Jan 1st and went cold turkey not been an easy ride.lots of anxiety.headaches.hoarseness. Need I go on as you all know what happens.Any way went to doctors again and was told I have Copd can live with this at the moment but the best thing is I slept through the night for the first time in over eight months. Hope it lasts. O nearly finished decorating 3rd bedroom. Good times around the corner fingers crossed. Stick at it everyone xxx

Thats fantastic Bonny, so glad you hopefully are sleeping better. Its horrid when you cant sleep. As for the c.o.p.d. I think the majority of smokers have this. Just varies on the severity of it.

Sorry babe but I have to finish hall stairs and landing And then do the sitting room and bathroom and later the kitchen so by the end of July hopefully lovely fresh house and new carpets wo Ho and no stinky fags xx
