Yeah 6 months smoke free and still going strong. My only complaint😔I've put on weight. Still bring it on. Congrats Cimmy--I should  be comin up on 6 months here real soon-and also Andrew--He and I were neck and neck starting this journey-It is hard to believe isn't it? Like a dream/nightmare  at times-The weight thing sucks--Im just hatin it--I swim or go for walks and its spose to make you stronger and all I want to do is lay down after I do it,until I do it again-and Im dieting but you know it costs a lot more to eat healthy and lose then it does to eat whats cheap and stay chunky- That weight is not easy to get off and tho Im doing better with the 'shark attacks"but I still have moments of uncontrolled piginess  --You know I just thought "oh I wont gain like everybody does"--Yeah right!! About 15 lbs-- I look like im ready to birth something--fat  gut and big butt- ---BUT I don't smoke anymore--Another something to work on--Self improvement never ends ya kno!! no Cimmy!!!--a lb a week--but if you work at it--you can lose more--It is 100  DOLLARS a month lol--I am having kind of a tough month financially so may have to wait  till next month--However I am scheduled to go back next Monday--I will be our guinea pig--If it works--you might want to do it--Great success is being had with it--Oh to lose this gowdawful gut- My drs receptionist started it 3 wks ago and has lost 5 lbs--Ill keep you up to snuff--xxxx Mmet

Yep, cake, biscuits, sweets..... If it ain't nailed down, in the chute it goes. I'm just below 11st (sorry, I'm an ol girl and kilos just ain't my thing darn it!!) whereas before quitting I was 9&half (which is 60 kg I believe?). I have also shrunk an inch and am now 5'3" so all in all, I feel like a munchkin. But, I can breathe 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️😬😬😬😬😬😬👯👯👯👯👯🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬🌬 and that's worth a zillion times more than a bit of flab!! Hi polly😊, I know how you feel, I haven't stopped chucking things down my throat🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍰🍪🍪🍪🍪🍪, I've put on about 20lbs😩😩😩😩, but like you said the breathing has got better, I'd go jogging if I could get out of the chair I've got me big butt stuck in😂😂😂😂.
