I'm in double figures now👍👍👍👍.......how good do I feel, Fandabbydozy😀😀😀😀😀😀...... I woke up this morning with a huge smile my face, and that don't happen very often ( so my husband says) 🙄, bless him. I come on here every day and check up on all my quit family. This journey is the toughest thing I've ever done in my life, but with each passing smoke free day my confidence and well being improve. What I'm trying to say is never give up, its hard hard hard......but right now I feel soooooooo good and hope it rubs off on all the people on here that are struggling at the moment. There are a lot of good people on here that can support you with advice and most importantly laughter and the just being there and for that I'm grateful. HAVE A GREAT DAY ALL😘
