Still nicotine free and loving it. Post quit weight (68lbs !!!!! π±) lost and am now fitter and healthier than ever. I retired this year as my back is still giving me problems, I spend my time in the gym and making jewellery using seed beads. Quitting wasn't easy, I had my up's and down's just the same as you all do, but quitting is so worth all the effort.
I had fairly major back surgery about 5 months into my quit and still came out nicotine free. If I can do it then honestly you all can too. Never give in and NEVER doubt that you can do this. Good luck to everyone & Β a big hug to all those who still remember me x

Just really really nice to see everyone paying it forward. Carissa sweetheart, 3 weeks is just awesome & you should be VERY proud, it's one of the hardest things you'll ever do but also one of the most rewarding, so flower, stick with the community here and always always SHOUT long and hard when you need help. The guys on here are AWESOME and will hold your hand thru good and bad.
Anyone reading this newly quit, best advice I can give is stick with it, so very very worth it. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE. Xπ
Congratulations on the weight loss. It'll be 20 months for me on June 1st 2018. Would love to know how you loss the weight. I've gained 15lbs since I've quit despite going to the gym 3 times a week. Losing the weight has been very challenging. My metabolism seems to have slowed right down.
