Quitting smoking π can fill us with fear π° the unknown, every situation can feel like a another challenge π« that we donβt know how it may go but having a mindset of how we can support ourselves, what coping mechanisms/tools π¨ we have to get through can make it that bit more doable and achievable. π€©π₯³
