Hi everyone! I had my last cigarette yesterday 11/12/2019 at 2pm. I am back again after quitting for 7 mos last year and picked up again a cigarette. I was very disappointed at myself so now I want to stay smoke free so I’ve decided to stay more involved with this site because everyone on here is so encouraging. I love reading everyone unique stories because I get the strength and courage to not turn back to Mr nicotine as I call it🤮.

Good luck Pebbles79, I decided to quite yesterday as well, have stopped and started a few times over the years. I'm probably not the best person to give advice as it's only day 2 lol but everyone here is super helpful and has some great tips. Good luck

Hi Pebbles. Good luck! I’m still early on my journey. You’ve done this before and I think you can get this nailed second time around. Use whatever tips you used last time to start off.

Hello, welcome back on the smoke free wagon!! You've got this, remember the lessons learned from your trial runs, this will be the one!!

I'm here with you, on day 5 and starting to feel less crazy, there is a big shiny light at the end of the tunnel, run to it!! 🤩

That is funny that you mention that because I am feeling them crazy feelings too and sleeping a lot but I rather them than cigarettes. This is just temporary feelings. Well congratulations Royoraf to you too.
