Not coughing up phlegm (not coughing at all)

Has anyone tried the pulmonica or therapipe to loosen the phlegm?

HI Rose, it doesn't look like anyone has tried this and I've never heard of it😳 Had a read about it and looks like it's worth a try, can't do any harm as it was designed for this purpose. Have you had a look at our droopys post about breathing retraining coz this is very helpful for SOB. Just a thought, hope you're keeping well😊

Hiya rose, nope I've never heard of it..... I have never coughed since I quit and was never much of a cougher when I smoked either 🤔 

I do however have hyperventilation or over breathing. I still have my off days but it's definitely improving since I discovered that's what it was 😊😊

It can be anxiety related too.... Try the excerise and see if it helps you 😊 Good luck with it 😊
