Hi Cales - you sound like you are well and trully prepped and sorted for this quit - now just go for it! Relax, take your time to deal with stuff as it comes up and you may well surprise yourself at how well you cope! And as each smoke-free minute/hour/day/week passes, you will feel more and more confident! Sending positive smoke-free vibes! just remember that mantra Not One Puff Ever . . . NOPE!
