I am feeling stronger on my quit journey with each passing day but have been finding it challenging over the last few weeks due to the amount of long distances I am driving for work. The great thing is that as I get to each destination I feel another sense of achievement
Keep up the good work you quitters!!!

Your doing great. Just put some of your favourite music on, in the car and sing along. Will take your mind off things. Keep a record of the money you saved too. Brian
Nice positive message tiggs, have been feeling it too this week. Sleep patterns awry and I go away tomorrow with quite an itinerary BUT exactly the same-walking through the craving/withdrawal/lie always brings a silver lining and instead of damaging my self worth I've stood by it with an affirmation I'm Worth IT. Much power to you, go well on the roads. Peace 4Today/NOPE
Hey there. I used to feel ashamed of my stinky car, stinky body, stinky clothes. I was forever trying to eliminate or mask odours. Spent my life cleaning.. I don’t stink anymore, but my car and house might, due to 3 dogs and very wet weather, but I just don’t worry any more. I lost the smoking and the constant sense of shame and failure, it’s brilliant.
