Tongue feels rough!!!

Just wondering if anyone else gets a rough tongue? Mine seems to come on more in the evening, been couple days now.

my tongue was similar in 2nd n 3rd week.

someone posted about the skin renewing after years of it being burnt regularly by tobacco and nicotine and other chemicals. check out the pinned posts.

lots of wster, vit c and a soft toothbrush.

I'm on iPad, so you'll find pinned posts on the right. On a phone just keep scrolling down to the bottom. Don't know about PC though, sorry maybe someone else will know😉

Hi Jo, another sign that you're body is starting to heal I'm afraid☹️ but that's good news coz we've been smoking our tongues like kippers for years with 4000 chemicals and now they're getting rid of all the toxins and it takes a little while. So please be patient and you'll have a lovely new coating on your tongue, which is the way it's meant to be😊 Hang on in there, great quit so well done🚭🚭😊
